These are some of the faces you'll see around the farm. Our team is made up of passionate, educated, and enthusiastic individuals dedicated to our mission.

Erin Chimberoff
Founder - PATH CTRI
Erin started HHH back in 2012 with one horse and a dream. She is a PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor and has extensive experience working with severly cognitively disabled individuals. Erin is extremely passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of animals with her community.

Jenny Matte
PATH CTRI
Jenny joined the HHH family in 2018 and is a PATH certified riding instructor. As an avid equestrian, Jenny has a wealth of knowledge to share with her students and her abilities shine through her instruction. She is not only an instructor, but also plays a huge role in all areas on the farm.

Sammi Cirillo
Riding Instructor
Sammi joined the team in 2021 and brought with her Jinx, Goliath, Winnie and Sage. She has experience teaching western and english riding disciplines to beginner, intermediate and advanced riders. Sammi currently teaches Tuesdays - Thursdays.

Kayla Doss
Riding Instructor
Kayla joined HHH in 2023 as a beginner rider instructor and is currently working towards her therapeutic riding instructor certification. Kayla is enthusiastic about teaching her love for horses to her students and is eager to continue her education through certification.

Brit Clancy
Administrative Assistant
Brit joined the team in February 2023 as our admin assistant. She handles most of our email correspondence between volunteers and clients, as well as intial communication with potential program participants. Brit is extremely ethusiastic and plays a large role within the program.

Ravin Redd
Animal Caretaker
Ravin has been part of HHH since 2022 and is our Monday/Wednesday caretaker. Her love for the farm and the animals shows through her work. Ravin started off as a volunteer with very minimal experience and worked her way up to one of our lead caretakers. Ravin also acts as a supervisor for our life skills groups.

Dillon Crisman
Animal Caretaker
Dillon joined HHH in 2020 and is our lead caretaker on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Dillon also assists with property maintenance and volunteers during our therapeutic lessons whenever we are short handed. He is one of our main volunteer educators when it comes to daily farm duties.

Hank

You might recognize Hank from our segment on Atlanta News First. Hank helps out with daily chores on Mondays and Wednesdays. The work he does on the farm helps to keep everything clean and organized. His favorite part about working on the farm is getting the mow the grass and groom the horses
